The Delegation of Delft University of Technology Visited Hohai and Signed Collaboration Agreement

President Dirk Jan van den Berg, Delft University of Technology (TUDelft) led the delegation to visit Hohai recently. President Cheng Wang and Vice President Hongwu Tang met with the delegation.

On 19th November, 2012, President Cheng Wang and President Dirk Jan van den Berg signed Collaboration Agreement, Vice president Tang hosted the signing ceremony. Professor Marcel Stive, Member of Royal Dutch Institution of Engineers, Professor Han Vrijling and Professor Zhengbing Wang from TUDelft; Mr. Peter Potman, Consul General of the Dutch Consulate General in Shanghai; Mr. Dirk Jan Boudeling, Officer for Science & Technology of the Dutch Consulate General in Shanghai; Mr. Roeland Schuurman, Chief Representative of Netherlands Business Support Office – Nanjing and Professors from Hohai University attended the ceremony.

Hohai University has extensive ties to other scientific research institutes, and it also has conducted exchanges or other kinds of collaborative activities with more than 70 universities in worldwide.
