Hohai University celebrated its 60th Anniversary of Huadong Hydraulic College in Jiangning Campus on 26th of October. 23 international students from Kenya, Belgium, Togo, Italy, Madagascar, Ghana, Cote d''Ivoire, Cameroon, the United States, Burundi, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Gabon, Uganda, Liberia performed an African dance “Wakawaka” as a birthday present for its mother school-Huadong Hydraulic College’s 60th Anniversary.
Along with the strong African drumbeat, the dancers went on the stage wearing colorful traditional clothing from their own countries. Their passionate performance has won several rounds of applause from hundreds of audience under the stage. It has not only showed their great talent on dancing, but also has enhanced the friendship among countries all over the world.
