Recently, the vice President of the University of Lille in France,Professor Francois Oliver SEYS and his delegation visited Hohai university to discuss about the establishment of Sino-French College. President Xu Hui and Vice President Xu Weiya warmly received the guests.
President Xu Hui said that Hohai university has a long and fruitful cooperation with University of Lille, and University of Lille is one of our most important partners in Europe. Hohai university will provide strong support for the establishment of the Sino-French College in terms of education, teaching and conditions. The Vice President SEYS spoke highly of the existing cooperation between the two sides and indicated that he would continue to actively promote the cooperation with HHU to build the Sino-French College. Presided over by Vice President Xu Weiya, the two sides further discussed and improved the establishment of Sino-French College.
Also visiting were Prof.Guy REUMONT, director of Polytech Lille, Prof. Philippe CORDONNIER, director of International Office, University of Lille, and Prof. Jianfu Shao.
The relevant personnel from the Development Planning Department, Human Resource Department, Finance Department, International Office, College of Civil Engineering attended the meeting.
